Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from our online store www.veelisajewelry.com , you may return it to us within two week (14days) of receiving the order. (Consumer protection Act)

1. Please email first veerakorhonen3@gmail.com to get a official return form. Items returned without a completed return form will not be accepted. All the information has to be clearly recognizable.

2. Please ensure that items are undamaged, unworn and in original packaging. Items that are damaged on receipt will not be eligible for a refund, unless it is clear that the fault is due to the making of the piece.

3. All returns are at the customers’ own risk and expense. Your refund will be issued via the original method, less any shipping costs. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account (normally 3 -5 business days).
